aphantasiac is an independent team currently consisting of 3 members. The members had worked together in the past on jam games, but first used the name aphantasiac in Ludum Dare 50 in April of 2022. The name comes from the word aphantasia, which is a condition which causes the inability to form images in your mind's eye, that co-founder Matthewsworld has.
