Eladia Volante, the Operations Specialist at Suto-Shira, has contacted you at Gikhusko Tower, the hotel where you and the other freelance Solos are registered for hire. Apparently Suto-Shira's cofounder, Ken Suto, was found dead at Shenzen Industrial Area this morning. Eladia wants you to do what you do best - find the killer and give him what's coming to him.
