Blood on the Clocktower is a game of murder and mystery, lies and logic, deduction and deception for five-to-twenty courageous players and one devious storyteller.

A social game played in person or online, seated in a circle, each player receives either a ‘good’ or ‘evil’ token with their unique character on it. Good players share information to solve the mystery whilst evil players lie about who they are and what they know. The good team wins if they can piece together their knowledge, trust each other, and execute the demon. The evil team wins if the demon can sow distrust, evade detection, and wipe out the village.

At the start of the game, one of the players will be the liar, and the rest will know the secret word. When the time to draw begins, everyone draw something related to the secret word. Be careful! The liar is sneaking all the drawings, and he can sabotage one player per round blocking his vision or controls, or even erasing the drawing. When time is up, after seeing all the drawings, everyone has to vote a player to kick out, and the game ends if the liar has been caught, or if he has stayed alive until the end.

These players are randomly divided into alignments - Town, Mafia, Serial Killers, Arsonists and Neutrals. If you are a Town member (the good guys) you must track down the Mafia and other villains before they kill you. The catch? You don't know who is a Town member and who is a villain. If you are an evil role, such as a Serial Killer, you secretly murder town members in the veil of night and try to avoid getting caught.
