The Fragile Harmony For a long time, the 12 Great Cities of the Empire existed in perfect balance. The ruling Lords forged an unspoken pact: trade caravans crossed the continents freely, the forges never slept, and the economy thrived. It was a golden age of civilization where every city knew its purpose. But this peace had a price. The borders of the Empire were constantly besieged by hordes of beasts from the Wild Lands.
