Hyper//Echo is a web-based “zone” where players are invited to explore the virtual space, and leave something behind — namely buildings and messages for other players to discover. Over the course of the 3-month exhibition, these artefacts gradually decay (buildings become ruins, messages appear as “broken links”) and become overgrown. Players are encouraged to return to “maintain” their and others’ buildings, as they eventually become irreparable if left abandoned for too long.

Discomfort Zone is a 2D pixel-art narrative game about depression, anxiety disorder, despair, and recovery. The game takes a realistic, un-filtered, and at times uncomfortably personal look at depression and anxiety disorder through the eyes of someone dealing with these conditions, promoting understanding and sharing the experience with a wider audience. The game deals with many themes related to depression and anxiety: worry, loneliness, and self-deprecating thoughts, but also hope and finding the strength, when all seems lost, to keep going.

September 12th is a serious game with a political statement about the USA's War on Terror which started after September 11th 2001.

In the game, the player is presented with a Middle Eastern market place in a top-down isometric view. Walking around the market and the surrounding buildings are innocent civilians - men, women, children, and dogs. There also several terrorist walking among them.

All the player can do is scroll the camera and fire missiles. Missiles will impact on the exact location of the targeting reticule, but with a small delay. Killing a terrorist will remove the terrorist from play. If another civilian encounters his or her body, the civilian will burst into an emotional display and become determined to go on a jihad and thus also become a terrorist. The more civilians you kill the more terrorists come into play.

Buildings also get destroyed when hit by the rather large blast radius of the player's missiles. Civilians surrounding collapsing buildings also die. After a long period of waiting buildings will also slowly be reconstructed again. Terrorists will after a while cool down and become normal civilians again, but a small number of terrorists will always remain terrorists.

The Intruder is an interactive narrative based on a story by Jorge Luis Borges. The viewer must compete in some rudimentary games to hear, read and see the story. Thoroughly well-observed, and compelling, The Intruder takes about 15 minutes to navigate. The games are not difficult but act as an aid to the narrative and introduce levels of addiction to the telling of the story.
